These weekend and week long retreats are designed to motivate, empower and inspire women to make healthier lifestyle choices. Combining Yoga with Fitness, Core conditioning, Consciousness Coaching and Nutrition our aim is to rebalance and nourish the body on all levels. They are held on the Beautiful Osea Island in Essex less than an hour from London. Osea has long been known for its healing qualities, situated close to Maldon the air is rich is sea ions and the mud rich in minerals.

During our retreats we savor delicious superfood-rich vegetables, grains and when available fresh local fish caught off the Island.

Healthy Eating Workshops are taught from my kitchen in Balham,South London. Alternatively If you have a group of over 5 people and a suitable kitchen or preparation area, I can teach in your home or office.
 These workshops are designed to inspire you to want to cook and eat healthy. They cover subjects such as, what constitutes a balanced diet, tips to maximize nutrition in a busy life, how to prepare your kitchen with equipment and food basics, how to shop, food psychology and the meditation of eating. Most importantly they provide healthy recipes which taste fantastic.
The recipes are vegetarian and can be adapted for vegans (or meat eaters!)
