Healthy Eating Workshops are taught from my kitchen in South London. Alternatively If you have a group of over 5 people and a suitable kitchen or preparation area, I can teach in your home or office.

These workshops are designed to inspire you to want to cook and eat healthy. They provide information on what constitutes a balanced diet, tips to maximize nutrition in a busy life, how to prepare your kitchen with equipment and food basics, how to shop, food psychology and the meditation of eating. Most importantly they provide healthy recipes which taste fantastic.

Food workshops are practical and hands on wherever possible. The recipes are vegetarian and can be adapted for vegans. Recipe sheets are included.

The food workshops can also be teamed up with a yoga class.
Each workshop lasts approximately 3 -4 hours to include a delicious meal.     For more information contact Lou@theyogacook.com
