Louise is a Nutritional Advisor, Holistic Chef, Yoga Teacher, Zest4life Practitioner and Thai Massage practitioner. She works mainly from her home in Balham, London teaching Yoga, Healthy Cooking, Weightloss and Nutrition classes.


After the death of her father from bowel cancer she started to investigate her own health issues. This included a complete overhaul of her diet and lifestyle and included several years of eating cleansing foods as well as periods of fasting. She successfully cured her migraines, PMS symptoms, acne, constipation and eliminated excess weight and fatigue.

From running her own catering business in London for 12 years, Louise moved to Thailand to follow a more relaxed life and during this time trained in Nutrition and Yoga. She is fascinated by the connection between the food we eat, lifestyle, behavioural patterns and health.

She believes that self awareness is the key to a healthy content life and that it takes an individual journey to discover the foods and lifestyle that nourish each unique person.

In her classes she offers support and encouragement for those wishing to rejuvenate their lifestyles.

She loves food and shares her knowledge of preparing healthy, tasty food from 20 years of experience. She enjoys working with people on a personal level and encourages them to find their own solutions in order to make the changes that they desire. She believes that this journey should be fun and light hearted.
