Thanks you for the workshop last Wednesday held in your beautiful kitchen. I was so impressed with the planning you'd put in: presenting a varied and exciting menu, demonstrating some gorgeous dishes, feeding us with wonderful tastes, and all the while educating us with tips, techniques and comprehensive background information. I loved every minute, and most of all I loved the wonderful food! I would recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in eating healthily and livening up their diet. When can I come again? When I began looking for a yoga teacher I was really hoping to find someone who would help me to combine both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga and who would support me to interpret the messages that my body was giving me. I'm thrilled to have found Louise who is so constantly supportive, intuitive and creative. I have learned so much from Louise and I feel like I discover something new about myself and about yoga every time. I haven't breathed this deeply in ages! I have been going to Louise for yoga for over a year, for a weekly class, as well as cooking classes and retreats. She is wonderfully calming, soothing and a brilliant teacher. I have had a recurring hip problem for years that has literally disappeared, my stress levels are under control and I have learned a lot about healthy eating and nutrition along the way. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

An extremely well organised and fun morning cooking in Louise's fabulous kitchen. Being introduced to new ingredients and alternative seasonings/sweetenings was great. Then finally sitting down to enjoy the resulting lunch, delicious!

I found the zest for life programme very motivating. It highlighted the need for me to balance all things in life, not only food, but personal time, work, family, social life and exercise in order to lose weight successfully. I felt increased energy while on the programme and more focused in all things that I did. I would recommend this programme to anyone who wants more out of life, not only those who need to loose a few kilos. |

both exhilarating and relaxing and they left me feeling totally peaceful and
rejuvenated at the end of the day. But the absolute highlight of the day was your delicious food, not least the
